Interior Inspiration: Moody Hues

You've heard us say it before - grey is the new neutral.

It can be just as crisp and clean looking as white, or it can be warm, moody and oh-so-luxe - creating a sophisticated atmosphere that perfect for colder months.

Grey can turn a room into an elegant, restful retreat. Bed linen is a great way to bring any new colour scheme into a bedroom; it makes a big visual impact as it covers such a large surface area. Large-scale greyscale photographs are also a chic decorating choice too. We'd love to see one of our cosy, comfy grey beanbag chairs on this hard flooring.

Grey in a living room is the perfect choice for Winter - it's both cozy and chic.
Must-haves: A big soft blanket, some candles... and a glass of Pinot Noir!

After brave new look in your home? Painting walls a cool pale grey would make a real style statement. And just like white, pale grey goes with everything - but it's much more interesting!

Grey gets very glamorous when teamed with deep purples. We love that deep plum ottoman! One of our giant floor cushions in deep purple would also be gorgeous here.

Opt for pieces with texture - like that lovely shag rug and velvet cushion - to give warmth to a grey room. Using greys of varying depth adds dimension to the space too. We love that marble coffee table, but would love to see one of our low beanbag ottomans in this space - the fabric and round shape would really soften the overall look.

Warm greys have a hint of yellow and give a very earthy, serene feel. Team with natural timbers, and accessories in warm taupe or sand shades. One of our taupe beanbag chairs would be super comfy in this warm space.
