If you are not 100% satisfied with your Lujo products when you receive them, we will happily refund your money or exchange the goods, assuming they are in original condition and packaging.
5-Year Product Warranty
By insisting on the use of only top-grade materials and consistently high-quality levels of manufacture, Lujo Bean Bags and Hammocks have been created to offer maximum longevity.
The Lujo warranty is issued to the original purchaser of the Lujo product. It covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of purchase.
The Lujo 5-Year Product Warranty does not cover the following:
- Cracks, splits and twisting in the kwila hammock stand. This is not a manufacturing defect. It is the natural behaviour of wood that is suitable for use outdoors.
- Damages incurred from accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or acts of God
- Transference to a second owner
- Commercial, contract, or non-residential use
For repairs covered by the warranty, Lujo will, at its option, either exchange the item or carry out the repairs. In this instance, Lujo arranges transportation of the item.
If a particular product is no longer available, Lujo reserves the right to replace or substitute it with a current model.
