Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by country, but as a guide we will endeavour to deliver your goods within 7-15 days.
If for unforseen circumstances we think there will be delays we will contact you directly, and will happily refund your money at your request if the delivery time is deemed not suitable.
Tracking
All orders are tracked from pick up to delivery. If for any reason your order does not arrive within the specified delivery time, contact us and we will track the consignment for you.
Sales Taxes and Import Duty
Sales Taxes and import duty are determined by local government, and vary by location and by product ordered.
Unfortunately these fees are beyond our control and are the responsibilty of the purchaser and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment.
Please note: Delivery of bean bags to the US are not subject to sales tax or duty
