We work with a number of reputable and reliable multi-national Shipping Carriers, to get your products to you, no matter where you are in the world, as cost effectively, and quickly, as possible. These carriers include:

Shipping Costs
On each Product Purchase page you will find an online “Shipping Estimator” tool that will calculate estimated shipping costs for each product, based on your country of residence.
Actual shipping costs will be generated at the Checkout, once you have entered your final delivery address, but before you commit to purchasing.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by country and service selected, but as a guide we will endeavour to deliver your goods within the following time frames:
- Hammocks: 6-12 Days
- Beanbags & Accessories: 6-15 days
For Designer Headpillows you should allow up to an additional one-two weeks for delivery, as fabrics are sourced on an order-by-order basis, direct from international fabric houses.
Delivery delays may occur if your product is not in stock, during our peak period October – January, or on the odd occasion that there are clearance delays at customs.
However, if we think there will be substantial delays we will contact you directly to discuss, and will happily refund your money at your request if the delivery time is deemed not suitable.
Tracking
All orders are tracked from pick up to delivery. If for any reason your order does not arrive within the specified delivery time, contact us and we will track the consignment for you.
Duties and VAT
In some instances your goods may be subject to Import Duty and VAT, but these charges vary from country to country. If your parcel is stopped at customs for some reason, you may be asked to pay the charges before you receive your goods.
