Hassle-free returns

Our returns policy is very simple – if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase when you receive it - for whatever reason – we will arrange to have it collected and returned to us for a refund or exchange.

If there is a manufacturing fault we will cover all return shipping costs. If you have simply changed your mind and would like to return or exchange the item you will be liable for return shipping costs.

If you want to return or exchange an item, please follow this simple procedure:

Step 1

Email sales@lujoliving.com, notifying us of the return or exchange.

Step 2

We will email you a quote for return shipping (unless the item is faulty, in which case we will cover costs). Once you have agreed to the shipping cost we will arrange collection.

Step 3

Once your returned item is received we will refund your money to your credit card (less shipping costs), or dispatch the goods you wish to exchange them for (after receiving payment for additional shipping costs).

Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition and packaging.
