Our policy for returns and exchanges is very simple – if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase when you receive it, simply return it to us for a full refund or product exchange.
If you want to return an item, please follow this simply procedure:
Email or call us, notifying us of the return or exchange. If you want to exchange the product, please let us know what you wish to exchange it for.
We will email you an address for return of the goods, depending on your location.

Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition and packaging, and clearly labelled with your contact details.
Please note: Lujo will only cover return shipping and re-dispatch if we have sent you the incorrect item or the product is defective in some way (and hence covered by our Warranty). In all other instances shipping of returned goods must be arranged at your cost.
Once your returned item is received we will arrange to refund your money to your credit card, or dispatch the goods you wish to exchange them for.
